Please call the office 24 hours in advance to cancel appointments. Failing to do so could result in a $50 charge, for which you are responsible, since insurance will not cover this assessment.

Late Policy

We are committed to prompt service, and will work very hard, barring emergencies, to stay on time. We may ask you to reschedule if you arrive for your appointment more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Always arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for an appointment to complete any paperwork associated with your visit.


You should call the office at least five (5) business days before the appointment with the specialist to give us the information needed to complete the referral. That information includes: your name, the physician you are being referred to, his phone and fax numbers, the diagnosis for the referral, your insurance, and how many appointments you anticipate needing with the specialist in this calendar year.

Lab and X-Ray Results

We will contact you with lab and x-ray results. Do not assume that "no news is good news". If you have not heard from us within 1-2 weeks please contact our office.

If you would like a copy of your results we are happy to mail or fax them to you. We do not use e-mail for any confidential patient information.

Prescription Refills

Please call the office at least 48hours in advance for all medication refill requests. Calls received after 12:30 PM on Friday will be returned the following Monday.

Emergencies and On Call

If you have an emergency call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent medical question after office hours you can call the office to be connected with the on call provider. You may be charged a fee for this service which is not covered by your insurance company. The on call provider will not authorize routine refills.
